Company Overview
Tianjin APAS Industrial Aluminum Profiles Co., Ltd. has been engaged in the design and production of aluminum profiles since 2008, independently developing the APAS® Industrial Aluminum Profile Assembly System.
With rapid growth, APAS aims to provide high-quality integrated industrial aluminum profile solutions for China's automotive manufacturing, industrial robotics, aerospace, electronics and electrical appliances, logistics equipment, and other automation fields.
Establishment & Development
The company accumulated technical experience by undertaking key projects and expanding production bases. Milestones are as follows:
- Company established in Dingzhao Village, Beichen District.
- Undertook belt conveyor system projects for clients at Xeda (TEDA) International Industrial Park, Xiqing Development Zone.
- Undertook Chengdu Factory Project for Hebei Dongxu Investment Group; LCD glass conveyor line project for Zhengzhou Xufei Factory.
- Relocated to Hongcang Urban Industrial Park, Beichen District, Tianjin.
- Registered multiple utility model patents.
- Obtained ISO9001:2008 Quality Management System Certification.
- Undertook Beijing Benz general assembly workshop auxiliary facilities project via CAEC; established strategic partnership.
- Registered “APAS” and “AipuSi (艾普斯)” trademarks.
- Certified as Tianjin Sci-Tech SME.
- Undertook Beijing Benz workstation equipment manufacturing project; became direct supplier to Beijing Benz.
- Invested RMB 20 million to establish APAS (Tianjin) Industrial Assembly Technology Co., Ltd.
- Relocated to Xeda (TEDA) International Industrial Park, Xiqing Development Zone (national-level development zone).
- Completed shareholding restructuring; recognized as National High-Tech Enterprise.
- Undertook Beijing Benz NGCC assembly equipment project.
- Undertook Beijing Hyundai Cangzhou Plant assembly workshop (via CAEC).
- Undertook Chongqing Changan Passenger Vehicle general assembly workshop (via CAEC).
- Undertook SAIC-GM-Wuling Indonesia automotive project (via CAEC).
- Undertook SAIC-GM Wuhan Phase II general assembly workshop (via CAEC).
- Assembly workshop projects for Hefei Changan, GAC Honda, Beijing Benz (via CAEC).
- Assembly workshops for Geely-Proton & WM Motor; BYD Changsha/Xi’an welding projects (via CAEC).
- Assembly workshop projects for Toyota Motor (USA) (via CAEC).
- Assembly workshop projects for Shanghai Tesla, Tiexi BMW; BYD Changsha & Xi’an welding projects (via CAEC).
- Assembly workshop projects for Li Auto and Geely Changxing Base (via CAEC).
- Became framework agreement supplier for Shanghai Tesla; directly included in Tesla Shanghai supplier list.
- Body welding/assembly projects across eight BYD bases (Xi’an, Changzhou, Changsha, Shenzhen, Fuzhou, Hefei, Jinan, Zhengzhou) via CAEC.
- Established production base in Beichen Economic Development Zone, Tianjin.
- Completed “Chang’e-4” simulation platform for CAST 518 Institute; received Excellent Collaborating Unit.
- Purchased factory in Baodi District, Tianjin; established APAS HQ Baodi Production Base (47,000㎡).
- Invested RMB 5 million to establish APAS (Tianjin) Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd.
- Completed Phase I construction of HQ Production Base.
- Spray coating, die-casting, welding lines at HQ base completed and running.
- Undertook C919 aircraft assembly platform (Nanchang, Jiangxi).
- Undertook rocket assembly experimental platform for CAST 518 Institute.
- Undertook safety fencing for JAC Xingang X211 assembly main line.
- Undertook safety fencing for Li Auto Changzhou Second Base W03 body welding line.
